The Berlin School of Economics is one of Germany's most prestigious and largest institutions for business, offering students more than 26 programs covering all aspects of economics and related disciplines. BSE invites international students to spend a semester or academic year living in Berlin.

Students can enroll at BSE as Exchange Students (if they attend a partner university) or as Free Movers (visiting students who do not attend a partner university. Students will take regular university courses alongside German students as they immerse themselves into the local Berlin culture. BSE offers an intensive two week German language course before the start of each semester. Students have the option of continuing to take language courses during the semester or taking their entire curriculum in German or English. During their semester or academic year in Berlin students will live in residence halls near campus.

  • The Berlin School of Economics is one of Germany's leading universities specializing in business and economics. BSE has two faculties and one independent central institute. The University is located at three campuses, in the city districts of Schöneberg, Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg.

    Students will register for courses after they arrive in Berlin.

    Before the semester begins students will take a two week Intensive German language course. Students can continue taking German language courses at the Berlin School of Economics (FHW Berlin) during the semester. Language courses are offered on five different levels. Students can choose to pursue their course program in English or German.

    Students will earn academic credit by taking a full semester course load. Students can choose from from general business administration and economics (Business Administration, Economics, International Management) to specific sectoral skills or combined related subjects (Business Law, Business Informatics or Business Engineering) and the expertise needed for tomorrow's executive managers (MBA General Management, MBA Health Care Management).For a list of offered programs please visit (http://www.fhw-berlin.de/index.php?id=2889&L=1).

    BSE invites students who are in good academic standing at any college or university.

  • Exchange Students: $256/credit
    Exchange Students w/Housing: $565/credit

    Free Movers: $300/credit
    Free Movers w/Housing: $630/credit

    The semester fee includes tuition, housing (depending on the student), local transportation,
