The familiar images of Spain- flamenco dancing, bullfighting, and tapas bars- do no more than hint at the diversity of the country. There are four official languages, two major cities and a great range of landscapes than any other European country. Spain is a country with a long and complicated history of Roman, Catholic, Jewish, and Arab influences. The cultural diversity is endlessly fascinating! Explore Spanish culture by living with local residents, in a residence hall, in Spanish language apartments, or in student apartments.
